Habibi’s Hot Chicken is a Southern California-based halal hot chicken joint founded in January 2021. The company was established and is run by a Muslim family in Glendora, CA. Habibi’s specializes in its Nashville-inspired hot chicken sliders and incorporates their twist on loaded fries with their customizable Shosho’s loaded fries. The company aims to serve delicious comfort food to people of all demographics in a welcoming and safe environment.

Habibi’s Hot Chicken was founded by a Muslim family in January of 2021. Habibi’s strives to serve fresh and delicious halal hot chicken to the Southern California region.
Habibi’s Hot Chicken is well known for their Shosho’s Loaded Fries but who is Shosho? The loaded fries are named after the woman who started it all, Shosho. Shosho is the nickname of the mother of the family who started up Habibi’s Hot Chicken. She loved to cook and taught her family her recipes, which is how the recipes for Habibi’s Hot Chicken were inspired and developed. The Shosho’s loaded fries contain crinkle-cut fries, our special Habibi sauce, macaroni and cheese, chicken with your choice of heat level, and topped off with more of our Habibi sauce. These loaded fries are a family favorite comfort food as it is big enough to share with several people. Just as these loaded fries come in very generous portions and bring people together, the loaded fries were inspired by Shosho as she was the most generous and brought people together. Her legacy will forever live on through the happiness that the loaded fries bring others just like how she brought happiness to everyone she encountered.
